Microsoft Teams meeting creation requires an appropriate Teams license. Bookings can be extended through Power Automate, including payment and video workflows, but those require separate setup and may involve additional licenses or fees.

Pricing depends on what you already use
- Meetzi offers a free plan with three booking pages and unlimited bookings. Pro costs $3.99/month billed annually ($47.88/year), or $4.99 with monthly billing.
- Bookings is included with eligible subscriptions, including Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium, plus selected enterprise and education plans.
- If your organization already has an eligible plan, Bookings adds no separate base subscription cost. It is not a standalone free service for everyone.
- Choose Meetzi when its payment flow, calendar flexibility, and QR tools are worth a separate subscription to your business.
Microsoft 365 is a broader productivity suite, so its full subscription price is not just the price of scheduling. Check your exact plan and administrator settings for access. Prices and licensing can change; payment processing and third-party services may carry separate fees.
